The location of this rental house is fantastic, with beautiful views of the mountains. the spacious bedrooms provide ample room for bags and personal space. the kitchen and living areas are ideal for socializing, with a large counter for breakfast and chatting, and a huge dining table for gathering. the house also offers great extra facilities, such as multiple parking spaces and a BBQ pit for summer.

Some guests wished for a dog-friendly area on the patio/garden, with dog gates for safety.

The hotel had a charming decor with beautiful furniture and lovely mountain views from every room. The spacious common areas were perfect for us senior folks to relax and socialize. The hotel's convenient location made it easily accessible for us, which was very important.

The only thing I would have asked for is more assistance for senior people. It would have been helpful if there were staff members available to help us with our bags or offer any extra assistance we may have needed.

What a fantastic rental house!! It was so spacious with plenty of rooms for our family of 7. The stunning views from the windows added to the charm of the house. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and the huge dining table where we enjoyed meals together. The living room provided a cozy and comfortable space for relaxation. The location was ideal, just a short walk into town. The ample parking was also a great convenience. our stay at Borrowdale View was wonderful and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The location of this place was amazing, with stunning views of the mountains. The house was enormous, perfect for a large group like ours. We loved the spacious shared areas, especially the big kitchen counter and the huge dining table. The living room was lovely and also had a great view. The bedrooms were spacious and we all had our own private space. It was only a 10-minute stroll into town, which was very convenient. The host was responsive and helpful, making our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit the Lake District.

It would have been great to have a dog-friendly area on the patio/garden, as we had our furry friends with us. Some dog gates on the patio would have allowed us to socialize outside while keeping our dogs safe.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious vacation rental. the location was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains from every room. the large kitchen and dining area provided the perfect space for our family to gather and enjoy meals together. the bedrooms were spacious and provided plenty of room for all of our belongings. the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to the Lake District.

It would have been even better if there was a dog friendly area on the patio/garden, so we could socialize and relax outside with our furry friends.

Spacious, stunning views, great location. We booked Borrowdale View for a family reunion and were blown away by the size and beauty of the house. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for gathering and the living room offered breathtaking mountain views. The bedrooms were spacious and provided privacy. The house is just a short stroll into town. The host, Glenn, was responsive and helpful. we had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

Although a dog friendly area on the patio/garden would have been nice, it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the house. The only other minor drawback was that the living room TV could have been larger.
